    Most breakfasts ask you to choose. Fast, or good. MochiGo is a mochi pancake and waffle mix built so you don’t have to.

    Add water. That’s the whole prep. No eggs to crack, no milk to measure, no bowl of dry ingredients to whisk together first. Pour, cook, eat.

  • The texture is the point

    Ordinary pancake mixes give you a soft, cakey crumb that goes limp the moment syrup lands on it. MochiGo is built on rice flour instead, so you get crisp golden edges and a soft, chewy center that holds its shape.

    It’s the same chew you know from mochi and from Hawai‘i butter mochi, moved onto a breakfast plate.

  • Works as pancakes or waffles

    One pouch, two breakfasts. The same mix goes into a skillet or a waffle iron, and the waffles come out with an especially crisp shell thanks to the rice flour.
